You can call any of our recovery hotlines and we would send a mechanic to help you out within the shortest possible time.

What happens if my car cannot be fixed in the shortest possible time?

We either tow it to one of our garages to work on it further or to the destination of your choice.

What happens if I am not able to exhaust my subscription within the year?

You are given a no-claim discount for the following year.

When I register with your service and my car breaks down at home, can you come over?

Yes! The Lux and Bossu packs have home services as part of the package. It comes at an extra fee if; it doesn’t come with the packages and you wouldn’t want it to be a callout, you have exhausted the number allocated on the Lux and Bossu packages.

Do I pay the mechanic after he is done with the service?

The company would alert you through a phone call from our customer support team. Other than that, NO!

If I send a request and a mechanic gets to the location and I have left the location because my car has started do I lose 1 call out?

Unfortunately, you do but do not panic, the support team will ask you a series of questions to ascertain the severity of the problem and assist you to get your vehicle moving if it is a basic issue.

Can someone driving my car, registered with your service, call for assistance?

The package covers the vehicle so Yes, the person can.
